Placing
Place aesthetic ear piercings with a needle, following a fixed procedure.
For ten years I worked everything out myself. There was nobody to show me.
That's exactly why I train people today — just a few, personally, with a practical part. Not over a weekend, but over three months.
You don't need any previous experience. Most of my participants are clients who were pierced themselves and then wanted to know how it's done.
What you need to bring: steady hands, patience and the willingness to work hygienically — even when nobody is watching.
What you don't need to bring: a medical qualification.
Three months, two parts.
You receive digital materials: anatomy of the ear, materials science, hygiene, sterilisation, informing clients and documentation, aftercare and complications. You work through them at your own pace, and I'm available for questions.
I come to you. We work on a practice ear, with the measuring device and on setting up a sterile workstation. After that you accompany me to real appointments.
This applies to all training courses starting before early 2027. After that I am moving to Cyprus, and the practical part will take place there. Then you travel to me instead of me to you.
At the end there is a practical exam. If you pass it, you receive a certificate as a Medical Piercer.
So that you know what you're buying:
The certificate is issued by FoxMed and confirms that you were trained by me and passed the exam. It is not a state qualification and does not replace an official licence.
Which registrations and permits you need to work independently depends on your region and country. You clarify that locally — in our conversation I'll tell you what to look out for.
Anyone who promises you otherwise is selling you hot air.

Measure points instead of guessing. That's the difference between craft and luck.
Set up a workstation, handle materials, use and dispose of single-use products correctly.
Information, documentation and aftercare — the part most people underestimate.
What you won't learn: making diagnoses or treating complaints. I'm not allowed to do that, and neither are you.
The materials aren't cobbled together. I wrote them myself, over years, and keep revising them.
A dedicated handbook, 68 pages, with two chapters that must be read before moving on to the rest: legal framework and warning signs. It also includes a chapter on the evidence, viewed soberly — including the question of why an improvement is not yet proof of effectiveness.
That's the part others leave out. With me it comes first.
Preview from the current edition. The handbook conveys the teaching view for training purposes. It is not a treatment manual and does not confer any entitlement to practise medicine or naturopathy.
You also get access to an app that I developed myself. It is not publicly available and is reserved for participants.
I'll show you what it can do in our conversation.
The materials are confidential. What I show you is what I have worked out over ten years, and it's the reason the training has its price. That's why the contract includes a non-disclosure agreement.
The fee is due at the start of the training and is non-refundable. The reason: you receive the materials immediately, and I reserve one of only a few places for you.
You receive the full terms before you sign. That's why we talk first — in the conversation we clarify whether it's right for you before any money changes hands.
At the beginning of 2027 I am leaving Germany.
The training places I give out until then are the last ones where I come to you. After that, the practical part takes place in Cyprus, at the Medical Center FoxMed — you travel there, and flights, accommodation and meals come on top, which you pay for yourself.
That doesn't change the content. It does change your costs.
I don't take everyone. Anyone who gets in touch gets a conversation, and after that I decide.
Tell me briefly who you are and why you want to learn this. Then we'll talk on the phone.
